Repurposing of the administrative office space into a 1,000-square-foot lounge. Interior walls were removed to create an open space. A green and gold color scheme will be used for the lounge, which, along with one of its restrooms, is ADA ac-cessible. The renovation is completed in time for the upcoming revival of "Sunset Boulevard".
